This technical report provides guidance for Member States on submitting isolate‐based quantitative antimicrobial resistance data, as well as data on the prevalence of methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in fattening pig populations for the baseline survey. To report these data, Member States should use the Data Collection Framework (DCF) application. This report details the EFSA data models required for eXtensible Markup Language (XML) data submission through the DCF. It outlines the data elements to be reported, specifying the data type, permitted terms, and any business rules or reporting requirements.
