En concreto, emplearon sensores moleculares que rastreaban simult\u00e1neamente la entrada sin\u00e1ptica (mediante la liberaci\u00f3n de glutamato) y la salida neuronal (mediante actividad de calcio).<\/p>\n<p><a><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Problema de asignaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito<\/h2>\n<p>De esta forma, los autores del trabajo abordaron el llamado \u201cproblema de asignaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito\u201d, que explica c\u00f3mo las sinapsis individuales, que solo tienen acceso a informaci\u00f3n local, pueden colectivamente dar forma a nuevos comportamientos adquiridos.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo descubri\u00f3 que los patrones de actividad neuronal relacionados con el aprendizaje impulsan la plasticidad sin\u00e1ptica de manera diferente seg\u00fan la regi\u00f3n donde estuvieran las dendritas, los receptores de las neuronas que transmiten el impulso nervioso. En las dendritas apicales, las sinapsis se fortalec\u00edan cuando estaban coactivas con vecinas cercanas, sugiriendo que la plasticidad en esta zona est\u00e1 gobernada por interacciones locales. En contraste, la plasticidad en las dendritas basales estaba vinculada a la respuesta global de la neurona, fortaleci\u00e9ndose o debilit\u00e1ndose en coordinaci\u00f3n con la actividad de las sinapsis.<\/p>\n<p>Curiosamente, al suprimir la actividad neuronal de los ratones, afectaban selectivamente a la plasticidad de las dendritas basales, pero no a las apicales, confirmando los distintos mecanismos en acci\u00f3n dentro de la misma c\u00e9lula.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agenciasinc.es\/bundles\/app\/images\/quotebefore.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Este descubrimiento\u00a0cambia fundamentalmente la forma\u00a0en que entendemos c\u00f3mo el cerebro resuelve el problema de asignaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito<\/p>\n<p>Takaki Komiyama, UCSD<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agenciasinc.es\/bundles\/app\/images\/quoteafter.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El hallazgo sorprendi\u00f3 a los investigadores. Seg\u00fan Takaki Komiyama, co-autor principal del estudio: \u201cEste descubrimiento cambia fundamentalmente la forma en que entendemos c\u00f3mo el cerebro resuelve el problema de asignaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n ofrece tambi\u00e9n perspectivas prometedoras para el futuro de la inteligencia artificial y las redes neuronales.
