Desde el inicio del estudio en 2022, ya<br \/>\nse ha inmunizado a m\u00e1s de 4.000 reci\u00e9n nacidos en<br \/>\n\u00c1frica subsahariana.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A trav\u00e9s de acuerdos de licencia, la<br \/>\nbiofarmac\u00e9utica Biofabri autorizar\u00e1 a socios<br \/>\ninternacionales a producir y distribuir la vacuna en pa\u00edses<br \/>\ncon alta carga de tuberculosis, lo que permitir\u00e1 ampliar su<br \/>\nacceso a nivel global.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Actualmente, la \u00fanica vacuna autorizada para<br \/>\nprevenir la tuberculosis es la BCG, tiene m\u00e1s de cien<br \/>\na\u00f1os y resulta ineficaz en adolescentes y adultos, que son<br \/>\nlos grupos m\u00e1s afectados por la forma transmisible de la<br \/>\nenfermedad.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Sanidad ha organizado una jornada para actualizar los avances de la vacuna MTBVAC, en la que han participado tanto su desarrollador, el cient\u00edfico aragon\u00e9s Carlos Mart\u00edn, como el director ejecutivo de Biofabri, Esteban Rodr\u00edguez.
