{"id":129419,"date":"2025-05-30T09:28:20","date_gmt":"2025-05-30T08:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helloproject.es\/vigilancia\/asi-se-forma-el-corazon-en-las-fases-mas-tempranas-del-desarrollo-embrionario\/"},"modified":"2025-05-30T09:28:20","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T08:28:20","slug":"asi-se-forma-el-corazon-en-las-fases-mas-tempranas-del-desarrollo-embrionario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helloproject.es\/vigilancia\/asi-se-forma-el-corazon-en-las-fases-mas-tempranas-del-desarrollo-embrionario\/","title":{"rendered":"As\u00ed se forma el coraz\u00f3n en las fases m\u00e1s tempranas del desarrollo embrionario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un estudio publicado en la revista Developmental Cell ha desvelado nuevos detalles sobre la formaci\u00f3n del coraz\u00f3n en las primeras etapas del desarrollo embrionario.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n, llevada a cabo por un equipo del Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Cardiovasculares (CNIC), demuestra que el coraz\u00f3n se origina a partir de dos poblaciones celulares distintas que se forman de forma independiente, pero coordinada, desde fases muy tempranas del desarrollo: concretamente justo cuando el embri\u00f3n empieza a organizar sus capas celulares b\u00e1sicas, un proceso denominado gastrulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Este hallazgo tiene importantes implicaciones, destaca Miguel Torres, jefe del Grupo de Control Gen\u00e9tico del Desarrollo y Regeneraci\u00f3n de \u00d3rganos del CNIC y autor principal del estudio junto a Miquel Sendra.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agenciasinc.es\/bundles\/app\/images\/quotebefore.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El estudio\u00a0ofrece nuevas estrategias para desarrollar en la medicina regenerativa y la bioingenier\u00eda de tejidos<\/p>\n<p>Miguel Torres, CNIC<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agenciasinc.es\/bundles\/app\/images\/quoteafter.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por un lado, \u201cpermite entender mejor c\u00f3mo se estructura el coraz\u00f3n en sus primeras fases, lo que podr\u00eda ayudar a identificar el origen de algunas malformaciones card\u00edacas cong\u00e9nitas. Adem\u00e1s, ofrece nuevas estrategias para desarrollar en la medicina regenerativa y la bioingenier\u00eda de tejidos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>C\u00e9lulas de origen diferente<\/h2>\n<p>Hasta ahora se pensaba que tanto los cardiomiocitos \u2014c\u00e9lulas que forman el m\u00fasculo del coraz\u00f3n\u2014 como las c\u00e9lulas del endotelio endoc\u00e1rdico \u2014que recubren el interior del \u00f3rgano\u2014 derivaban de un \u00fanico grupo precursor.<\/p>\n<p>El comportamiento sincronizado de las c\u00e9lulas sugiere la existencia de mecanismos de organizaci\u00f3n muy precisos<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, este trabajo, realizado mediante cultivo artificial de embriones de rat\u00f3n y utilizando microscop\u00eda avanzada junto con t\u00e9cnicas de trazado celular, desvela que ambos tipos de c\u00e9lulas tienen or\u00edgenes diferentes dentro del mesodermo, una de las capas germinales del embri\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de desarrollarse por separado, estas c\u00e9lulas entran al embri\u00f3n de forma simult\u00e1nea y migran de manera coordinada hacia la regi\u00f3n donde comenzar\u00e1 a formarse el tubo card\u00edaco primitivo.
