Espa\u00f1a, por un total de 24.137 millones de euros brutos.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Este desembolso refleja el cumplimiento de 82 hitos y objetivos por parte de Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"142\">Desglose del desembolso total aprobado<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"144\" data-end=\"261\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\"> 6.991 millones corresponden a transferencias no reembolsables <\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"144\" data-end=\"261\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">15.935 millones a pr\u00e9stamos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con este nuevo desembolso, Espa\u00f1a ha recibido cerca de 55.000 millones de euros en transferencias, lo que representa el 70% del total previsto.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"967\">Inversiones y reformas validadas<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1047\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Entre los avances validados por la Comisi\u00f3n destacan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1156\"><strong ease-in-out\">Aprobaci\u00f3n de la nueva Ley de Universidades y creaci\u00f3n de 50.000 nuevas plazas de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1156\"><strong data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1172\">Justicia<\/strong>: <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Entrada en vigor de la Ley de Eficiencia Organizativa y Procesal y la Ley del Derecho de Defensa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1156\"><strong data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1280\">Transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica<\/strong>: <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Aprobaci\u00f3n de 12 protocolos de Transici\u00f3n Justa,
