data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"805\">Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong> (l\u00edder nacional con 110,7%)<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"850\">Pa\u00eds Vasco<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"876\">Comunidad de Madrid<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"909\">Comunidad Foral de Navarra<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"936\">Comunitat Valenciana<\/strong>, que por primera vez alcanza esta categor\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1268\">El informe revela una mejora progresiva en la innovaci\u00f3n regional, especialmente en comunidades como <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1132\">Galicia<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1153\">Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong> o <strong data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1171\">Extremadura<\/strong>, que han avanzado m\u00e1s de 15 puntos porcentuales desde 2018.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1329\">Factores que explican la disparidad entre regiones<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1407\">El norte y este de Espa\u00f1a siguen liderando el ecosistema de I+D+i gracias data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1620\">Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong> o <strong data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1635\">Canarias<\/strong>, aunque han mejorado, a\u00fan se clasifican como <strong data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1693\">Moderate<\/strong> o incluso <strong data-start=\"1704\" data-end=\"1727\">Emerging Innovators<\/strong>, debido a estructuras econ\u00f3micas m\u00e1s orientadas a servicios y menor inversi\u00f3n privada en innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1329\">Sectores clave<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"651\"><strong data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"521\">Sector TIC y digitalizaci\u00f3n avanzada<\/strong>: Alto rendimiento en penetraci\u00f3n de banda ancha, publicaciones cient\u00edficas internacionales y
