Per aix\u00f2, el departament de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria recomana que sempre que es consumeixi una hamburguesa fora de casa es comprovi abans que la carn est\u00e0 completament cuinada i que ha perdut el to vermell\u00f3s indicatiu que encara est\u00e0 una mica crua.<\/p>\n<p>Salut P\u00fablica recorda que, aquests mesos d&#8217;estiu, preparar els aliments per ser consumits a l&#8217;aire lliure pot comportar el risc de contraure una intoxicaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria si no se segueixen unes simples normes d&#8217;higiene.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lloc, \u00e9s fonamental rentar-se les mans abans i despr\u00e9s de manipular els aliments i desinfectar les fruites i verdures que no s\u2019han de cuinar amb unes gotes de lleixiu apte per a aquest fi. Si es preparen ensalades, s\u2019han de mesclar els ingredients abans de menjar per evitar les contaminacions creuades. Tamb\u00e9 cal mantenir separats els aliments crus dels ja cuinats.<\/p>\n<p>La carn ha d&#8217;estar ben feta i, en la mesura que sigui possible, s\u2019han d\u2019evitar els aliments elaborats amb ou cru. Per aix\u00f2, les truites s&#8217;han de quallar b\u00e9 i conservar-se a les geleres port\u00e0tils abans del consum. Durant l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3, \u00e9s recomanable no trencar els ous al mateix plat on s\u2019han de batre, no fer servir la closca per separar el vermell del blanc o posar la truita al mateix plat que s&#8217;ha fet servir per girar la paella.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el transport \u00e9s aconsellable no deixar els \u00e0pats dins del cotxe durant molt de temps per evitar una exposici\u00f3 perllongada al sol. No s&#8217;han de descongelar mai els aliments a temperatura ambient, \u00e9s m\u00e9s prudent fer-ho al frigor\u00edfic per evitar la proliferaci\u00f3 de bacteris.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, per evitar les toxiinfeccions m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents \u2015salmonel\u00b7losi, listeriosi, E.Coli o la Campilobacteriosi\u2015 que cursen amb gastroenteritis, febre i v\u00f2mits en termes generals, s&#8217;han de seguir les mesures esmentades: cuinar b\u00e9 les carns i els ous i mantenir-los refrigerats fins al seu consum; rentar b\u00e9 les fruites i verdures i mantenir una correcta higiene de mans en tot moment.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Encara no hi ha traducci\u00f3 disponible.
