La Diputaci\u00f3n obtiene la asignaci\u00f3n de fondos FEDER para su proyecto de construcci\u00f3n de viviendas y dotaci\u00f3n de servicios esenciales en el \u00e1rea de Aguilar, Herrera, Barruelo y Alar del Rey que supondr\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n de 7,6 millones <\/div>\n

    La resoluci\u00f3n, publicada hoy, tiene car\u00e1cter provisional, y pertenece a la convocatoria\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\u2018Asignaci\u00f3n de senda financiera FEDER a planes integrados de entidades locales en el marco del desarrollo urbano sostenible\u2019\u00a0con cargo al Fondo Europeo Regional en el periodo 2021-2027 del Ministerio de Hacienda.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    La resoluci\u00f3n,\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>asigna una senda financiera de 4,6 millones procedentes de fondos FEDER para una inversi\u00f3n de 7,6 millones, al ser Castilla y Le\u00f3n regi\u00f3n en desarrollo y corresponder una financiaci\u00f3n del 60%.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Con la concesi\u00f3n a esta convocatoria, la\u00a0Diputaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa en su l\u00ednea de aprovechar todas las oportunidades de financiaci\u00f3n exterior,\u00a0para abordar proyectos que permitan\u00a0seguir avanzando en la modernizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de la provincia con una gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica eficaz y sostenible.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    El proyecto<\/strong><\/span> se centra en el\u00a0\u00e1rea funcional de Aguilar de Campoo, como cabecera, Herrera de Pisuerga, Barruelo de Santull\u00e1n y Alar del Rey, como un \u00e1rea en el que a pesar de un\u00a0importante crecimiento productivo y empresarial tiene un d\u00e9ficit de vivienda que impide que se asiente poblaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    El proyecto presentado tiene un presupuesto de 10 millones, tiene como\u00a0objetivo fijar y asentar poblaci\u00f3n mediante la creaci\u00f3n de vivienda y las infraestructuras complementarias necesarias.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    El PAI consta de cinco proyectos; uno en\u00a0Aguilar\u00a0por\u00a05,5 millones\u00a0para\u00a0dotar de las infraestructuras necesarias para una mayor accesibilidad y conexi\u00f3n del casco urbano con el pr\u00f3ximo desarrollo del\u00a0sector sur promovido por la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n y aprobado hoy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Otro en\u00a0Barruelo\u00a0con presupuesto\u00a0de 1,6 millones de euros\u00a0para la\u00a0conversi\u00f3n del antiguo auditorio Nicol\u00e1s Torre en un complejo de viviendas\u00a0de alquiler municipal de dos plantas y otra planta con garajes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Un tercero en\u00a0Alar del Rey con un presupuesto de\u00a01,6 millones de\u00a0euros. Se trata de un proyecto similar al de Barruelo, pero con\u00a0casas adosadas y de nueva planta en el que la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas ir\u00e1\u00a0acompa\u00f1ada de la restituci\u00f3n ambiental y ecol\u00f3gica del lugar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Dos en Herrera de Pisuerga que suman 1,3 millones para la\u00a0rehabilitaci\u00f3n del antiguo mercado de ganado para uso social y cultural que incluye\u00a0eficiencia energ\u00e9tica\u00a0y otra actuaci\u00f3n de\u00a0eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y climatizaci\u00f3n del polideportivo municipal\u00a0para poder incrementar su uso.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
