Esta opci\u00f3n proporciona flexibilidad financiera a las empresas, permiti\u00e9ndoles utilizar esos fondos en otras \u00e1reas de su negocio antes de efectuar el pago del IVA.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona y d\u00f3nde solicitarlo?<\/h3>\n<p>Para acceder a este beneficio, es esencial<strong> presentar una declaraci\u00f3n censal ante la Agencia Estatal de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria en el mes de noviembre,<\/strong> previo al inicio del a\u00f1o natural en el que desea que tenga efecto. En otras palabras, si tiene la intenci\u00f3n de implementar esta opci\u00f3n en el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, deber\u00e1 formalizarla en noviembre del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 empresas pueden aprovechar esta oportunidad?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para acogerse al IVA diferido, las empresas deben cumplir con algunos requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Su entidad debe estar <strong>registrada en el REDEME<\/strong> (r\u00e9gimen de devoluci\u00f3n mensual), lo que implica presentar las declaraciones tributarias de IVA de manera mensual.<\/li>\n<li>Su entidad se convertir\u00e1 en <strong>sujeto obligado al Suministro Inmediato de Informaci\u00f3n (SII),<\/strong> lo cual significa llevar los libros registro del IVA a trav\u00e9s de la Sede Electr\u00f3nica de la AEAT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No podr\u00e1n acogerse a esta medida las empresas importadoras que no liquiden mensualmente.<\/p>\n<h4>Te ayudamos a solicitar y gestionar el IVA diferido<\/h4>\n<p>Esta alternativa, como ya hemos comentado, puede suponer un alivio considerable en t\u00e9rminos de flujo de caja y gesti\u00f3n tributaria para su empresa.
