\u00a0El Consejo de Ministros ha autorizado una transferencia de cr\u00e9dito por importe de 235.275.064,67 euros al Servicio 50 del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Comercio y Empresa, para financiar las medidas aprobadas para el Componente 32 \u2018Apoyo a la recuperaci\u00f3n y la resiliencia en respuesta a los desastres naturales\u2019, del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia (PRTR).<\/p>\n

La Secretar\u00eda de Estado de Comercio, para financiar medidas aprobadas para el citado Componente 32, ha solicitado una transferencia de cr\u00e9dito a varias aplicaciones presupuestarias \u2018A ICEX para Apoyo a la Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia en respuesta a desastres naturales. Mecanismo de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia\u2019 y \u2018Componente de ayuda ligado a la L\u00ednea ICO Crecimiento Exportadores. Mecanismo de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia\u2019, por importe de 235.275.064,67 euros.<\/p>\n

El 16 de septiembre de 2025 el Consejo de Ministros aprob\u00f3 la Adenda al Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia de Apoyo a la Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia en respuesta a desastres naturales, y ratificada por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea el 19 de septiembre.<\/p>\n

Dicha Adenda incorpora el Componente 32 \u2018Apoyo a la Recuperaci\u00f3n y la Resiliencia en respuesta a los desastres naturales\u2019, que financiar\u00e1 con fondos Next Generation EU una serie de inversiones que puedan ser ejecutadas antes de mitad de 2026, fecha tope para la ejecuci\u00f3n del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia.<\/p>\n

El objeto de esta modificaci\u00f3n es financiar actuaciones relativas a las Inversiones 5 y 6, \u2018Programas de apoyo a la internacionalizaci\u00f3n de las empresas\u2019 y \u2018Apoyo del ICO a las empresas afectadas por el cambio del entorno arancelario mundial\u2019, respectivamente, que son las que corresponden al Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Comercio y Empresa y que est\u00e1n relacionadas con los Hitos\/Objetivos 504 y 505, respectivamente.<\/p>\n

La inversi\u00f3n 5 \u2018Programas de apoyo a la internacionalizaci\u00f3n de las empresas\u2019 del Componente 32 implicar\u00e1 la ejecuci\u00f3n de distintos programas que se estructuran en seis \u00e1reas de actuaci\u00f3n: inteligencia comercial y asesoramiento personalizado; contactos y esfuerzos adicionales de promoci\u00f3n; asesoramiento financiero personalizado; gesti\u00f3n de intangibles y marca pa\u00eds; talento como activo intangible clave para abordar los procesos de internacionalizaci\u00f3n y Plan ICEX-DANA.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, en cuanto a la Inversi\u00f3n 6, el componente de ayuda de la L\u00ednea ICO se canalizar\u00e1 a las pymes a trav\u00e9s de dos v\u00edas: bonificaci\u00f3n de tipos de inter\u00e9s de las operaciones y tramo no reembolsable.<\/p>\n

Esta modificaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito corresponde autorizarla, a propuesta de la ministra de Hacienda, al Gobierno, seg\u00fan lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 9. Uno 2. de la Ley 31\/2022, de 23 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el a\u00f1o 2023, prorrogados para el a\u00f1o 2025, as\u00ed como en el art\u00edculo 38 del Real Decreto-Ley 36\/2020, de 30 de diciembre, por el que se aprueban medidas urgentes para la modernizaci\u00f3n de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y para la ejecuci\u00f3n del PRTR.<\/p>\n
