Te contamos las claves para tomar la decisi\u00f3n correcta.<\/p>\n<p>En el sector de la ingenier\u00eda, innovar forma parte del d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Nuevos procesos productivos, mejoras en sistemas existentes, desarrollo de software t\u00e9cnico o validaciones mediante plantas piloto son actividades habituales que, sin embargo, no siempre se identifican como I+D+i a efectos fiscales. <strong>Esta falta de identificaci\u00f3n provoca que muchas empresas dejen de aplicar deducciones<\/strong> que podr\u00edan tener un impacto muy relevante en su Impuesto sobre Sociedades.<\/p>\n<p>Las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ayming.es\/deducciones-fiscales-idi\/\">deducciones por I+D+i<\/a> est\u00e1n reguladas por la Ley 27\/2014 del Impuesto sobre Sociedades y permiten reducir directamente la cuota del impuesto. Bien planteadas, no solo disminuyen la carga fiscal, sino que refuerzan la estrategia de Innovaci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y mejoran su capacidad de reinversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se considera I+D y qu\u00e9 es Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Uno de los principales errores en el sector de la ingenier\u00eda es asociar la I+D+i \u00fanicamente a grandes avances cient\u00edficos o a productos completamente disruptivos. La realidad es mucho m\u00e1s amplia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hablamos de <strong>Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo (I+D)<\/strong> cuando un proyecto busca una mejora objetiva, inexistente hasta el momento, y requiere generar nuevo conocimiento o capacidades t\u00e9cnicas. Son proyectos con incertidumbre tecnol\u00f3gica, en los que el resultado no est\u00e1 garantizado y es necesario experimentar, ensayar y validar soluciones, como ocurre en el desarrollo de nuevos procesos productivos o de sistemas industriales avanzados.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica (IT)<\/strong>, en cambio, se produce cuando la mejora es nueva para la empresa, aunque ya exista en el mercado. Se trata de mejoras tecnol\u00f3gicas relevantes sobre productos, procesos o sistemas existentes, siempre que no sean cambios rutinarios y supongan un avance tangible en eficiencia o prestaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entender esta diferencia es clave, ya que muchos proyectos de ingenier\u00eda que no encajan como I+D s\u00ed pueden acogerse a deducciones como IT, evitando as\u00ed perder oportunidades fiscales.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La importancia de identificar correctamente los gastos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una vez identificado el car\u00e1cter innovador del proyecto, el siguiente paso es analizar los gastos asociados. La normativa exige que los costes est\u00e9n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directamente relacionados con los proyectos.<\/li>\n<li>Individualizados por proyecto.<\/li>\n<li>Ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto en Espa\u00f1a, la Uni\u00f3n Europea o el Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europeo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No obstante, los principales tipos de gastos deducibles por innovaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal t\u00e9cnico dedicado a los proyectos.<\/li>\n<li>Colaboraciones externas de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico o tecnol\u00f3gico: fabricaci\u00f3n de prototipos, ensayos de laboratorio, bancos de pruebas, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Materiales fungibles destinados a ensayos: materias primas, componentes de prototipos, material de laboratorio.<\/li>\n<li>Amortizaci\u00f3n de equipos utilizados en ensayos y pruebas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quedan excluidos los gastos indirectos, lo que refuerza la importancia de una correcta trazabilidad t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mica, es decir, que se pueda demostrar que dichos recursos est\u00e1n efectivamente afectos al proyecto innovador.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un incentivo fiscal especialmente potente para la Innovaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las deducciones por I+D+i destacan por su intensidad. En el r\u00e9gimen general del Estado, los proyectos de I+D permiten deducir un porcentaje relevante del gasto, increment\u00e1ndose cuando se supera la media de inversi\u00f3n de a\u00f1os anteriores. Adem\u00e1s, existen deducciones adicionales por personal dedicado en exclusiva a I+D y por inversiones en inmovilizado afecto a estos proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>En territorios con reg\u00edmenes especiales, como Canarias, Pa\u00eds Vasco o Navarra, los porcentajes son a\u00fan m\u00e1s atractivos, lo que convierte la Innovaci\u00f3n en una palanca fiscal de primer orden para las empresas industriales ubicadas en estas zonas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Proyectos habituales de I+D+i en el sector de ingenier\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En ingenier\u00eda, la Innovaci\u00f3n no se limita al producto final. Destacan especialmente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proyectos de proceso, con mejoras productivas, eficiencia energ\u00e9tica o reducci\u00f3n de costes.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo de software t\u00e9cnico: sistemas de control, simulaciones, automatizaci\u00f3n, digitalizaci\u00f3n de procesos.<\/li>\n<li>Plantas piloto, fundamentales en entornos industriales para validar procesos, con deducci\u00f3n adicional por inversi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Muestrarios industriales: muebles, juguetes, calzado, marroquiner\u00eda, textil, entre otros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Compatibilidad y monetizaci\u00f3n de las deducciones por I+D+i en ingenier\u00eda<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Otro aspecto clave es que las deducciones por I+D+i no act\u00faan de forma aislada. Son compatibles con otros incentivos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bonificaciones<\/strong> del 40% en la Seguridad Social del personal investigador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subvenciones p\u00fablicas<\/strong>, ajustando el gasto deducible por el importe subvencionado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en determinados supuestos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ayming.es\/innovacion\/financiacion-innovacion\/cashback\/\">Las deducciones pueden monetizarse<\/a>, permitiendo el cobro directo incluso sin cuota suficiente de Impuesto sobre Sociedades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las deducciones no aplicadas pueden compensarse hasta en 18 a\u00f1os<\/strong> (con particularidades en reg\u00edmenes forales).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>I+D+i en ingenier\u00eda: cuando la Innovaci\u00f3n se convierte en ventaja fiscal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>La Innovaci\u00f3n en el sector ingenier\u00eda no es una excepci\u00f3n, sino la norma.<\/strong> El verdadero reto est\u00e1 en saber identificarla, documentarla y gestionarla correctamente desde el punto de vista fiscal.
