Tambi\u00e9n, ayudarle cuando va a salir, acerc\u00e1ndole un abrigo o una prenda de ropa<\/p>\n<p>Alicia Mora (UC3M)<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agenciasinc.es\/bundles\/app\/images\/quoteafter.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n aborda uno de los problemas m\u00e1s complejos de la rob\u00f3tica actual: la coordinaci\u00f3n de dos brazos que trabajan juntos. En la UC3M lo est\u00e1n haciendo utilizando el robot ADAM (Autonomous Domestic Ambidextrous Manipulator), que ya es capaz de realizar tareas asistenciales en entornos dom\u00e9sticos. \u201cPuede, por ejemplo, poner la mesa y recogerla despu\u00e9s, ordenar la cocina o acercar al usuario un vaso de agua o las medicinas a la hora indicada. Tambi\u00e9n puede ayudarle cuando va a salir, acerc\u00e1ndole un abrigo o una prenda de ropa\u201d, explica\u00a0Alicia Mora, una de las investigadoras del Mobile Robots Group del Robotics Lab de la UC3M que trabaja en el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>ADAM ha sido construido para ayudar a las personas mayores en sus tareas cotidianas dentro de sus casas o en residencias, explica el director del Mobile Robots Group, Ram\u00f3n Barber, catedr\u00e1tico de Ingenier\u00eda de Sistemas y Autom\u00e1tica de la UC3M: \u201cTodos conocemos personas para las que gestos tan simples como que alguien les acerque un vaso de agua con una pastilla o les ponga la mesa suponen una ayuda muy importante. Ese es el objetivo principal de nuestro robot\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aprendizaje de imitaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores presentaron en el IROS 2025 un m\u00e9todo que ense\u00f1a a cada brazo del robot a aprender su tarea por separado mediante aprendizaje por imitaci\u00f3n y a coordinarse despu\u00e9s mediante Propagaci\u00f3n de Creencias Gaussianas, \u201cun di\u00e1logo invisible\u201d que evita choques y genera movimientos m\u00e1s naturales. Esta t\u00e9cnica supera las limitaciones de la simple copia de gestos humanos y permite adaptar trayectorias \u201ccomo una goma el\u00e1stica\u201d cuando cambia la posici\u00f3n del objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>ADAM funciona en tres fases \u2014percepci\u00f3n, razonamiento y acci\u00f3n\u2014 y combina sensores l\u00e1ser, c\u00e1maras RGB\u2011D y modelos tridimensionales del entorno para interpretar objetos y anticipar necesidades del usuario<\/p>\n<p>ADAM funciona en tres fases \u2014percepci\u00f3n, razonamiento y acci\u00f3n\u2014 y combina sensores l\u00e1ser, c\u00e1maras RGB\u2011D y modelos tridimensionales del entorno para interpretar objetos y anticipar necesidades del usuario. El equipo trabaja ahora en integrar modelos generativos que faciliten que el robot entienda mejor el contexto.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque todav\u00eda es experimental, los investigadores creen que tecnolog\u00edas as\u00ed podr\u00edan llegar a los hogares en una d\u00e9cada.
