Esta consiste en aplicar calor y energ\u00eda mec\u00e1nica para que el almid\u00f3n de las harinas y la celulosa de las algas se combine a nivel molecular hasta formar una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Posteriormente, mediante moldeo por comprensi\u00f3n, se crea la forma final del envase aplicando calor y presi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Ajustar la funcionalidad\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>El equipo investigador elabor\u00f3 ocho formulaciones distintas mediante la t\u00e9cnica melt-compounding, con una proporci\u00f3n 40:60 de harina de cereal y residuo de algas, entre los pigmentos naturales.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la presencia del residuo marino aumenta la resistencia mec\u00e1nica y la rigidez del material y modifica propiedades relacionadas con el agua, como la permeabilidad al vapor, la absorci\u00f3n y la capacidad del material para atraer y retener mol\u00e9culas de agua en funci\u00f3n de los compuestos polifen\u00f3licos presentes en la biomasa inicial.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el almacenamiento, estos efectos se acent\u00faan, en parte debido a la retrogradaci\u00f3n del almid\u00f3n, proceso f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmico mediante el cual las
