13:45<\/time><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div>La Diputaci\u00f3n sigue avanzando y crea una comisi\u00f3n interdepartamental para coordinar y planificar las acciones que garanticen movilidad, seguridad y calidad tanto para vecinos como para visitantes en el eclipse total<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>La presidenta de la Diputaci\u00f3n de Palencia, \u00c1ngeles Armis\u00e9n, ha presidido la primera reuni\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n interdepartamental creada para planificar y coordinar las acciones especiales con motivo del eclipse solar total del 12 de agosto, un fen\u00f3meno astron\u00f3mico hist\u00f3rico que situar\u00e1 a la provincia en una posici\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica dentro del mapa internacional de observaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>La Instituci\u00f3n lleva casi dos a\u00f1os trabajando en este acontecimiento con reuniones con ayuntamientos, jornadas t\u00e9cnicas con alcaldes y acciones divulgativas\u00a0junto a la Agrupaci\u00f3n Astron\u00f3mica Palentina, reforzando ahora la coordinaci\u00f3n interna ante la proximidad del evento.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong> Palencia parte con una ventaja excepcional, ya que el eclipse tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n aproximada de un minuto y cuarenta segundos y la provincia se sit\u00faa en la franja central, y se encuentra en la franja central.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>La comisi\u00f3n interdepartamental est\u00e1 integrada por los servicios de Turismo, Acci\u00f3n Territorial, Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Medio Ambiente y Asuntos Generales, mantendr\u00e1 reuniones peri\u00f3dicas, semanal o quincenalmente, seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n disponible.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>El objetivo de estas comisi\u00f3n es garantizar seguridad, movilidad, prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos y una experiencia organizada y de calidad, tanto para la poblaci\u00f3n local como para los miles de visitantes que se prev\u00e9 que lleguen a la provincia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>En este sentido, la presidenta de la Instituci\u00f3n ha indicado que se trabajar\u00e1 desde la premisa de que \u201clos locales lo vamos a poder ver desde el sitio donde estamos, que no necesitamos movilidad, y que tenemos que poner en marcha todos los dispositivos para poder atender en las mejores condiciones a aquellos que nos visitan\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>Paralelamente, se reforzar\u00e1 la colaboraci\u00f3n con otras administraciones, entre ellas la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n con la que ya estamos en contacto.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span><strong>El eclipse\u00a0no se plantea \u00fanicamente como un acontecimiento puntual, sino como el eje vertebrador de una programaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia que incluir\u00e1 actividades astron\u00f3micas, acciones divulgativas y encuentros cient\u00edficos, entre ellos un
