presentaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p><span>18\/05\/2026<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Beneficiarios:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Podr\u00e1n ser beneficiarios las <strong>Entidades Locales Menores<\/strong> legalmente constituidas a las que se refiere la Disposici\u00f3n Transitoria Cuarta de la Ley 27\/2013, de 27 de diciembre, de racionalizaci\u00f3n y sostenibilidad de la Administraci\u00f3n Local, <strong>integradas en municipios<\/strong> pertenecientes a la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma <strong>de Cantabria<\/strong>, y la Ley de Cantabria 3\/2022, de 14 de junio, de Entidades Locales Menores de la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Cantabria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Documentaci\u00f3n a adjuntar:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Las solicitudes ir\u00e1n acompa\u00f1adas de la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Instancia<\/strong> debidamente cumplimentada, fechada y firmada <strong>(Anexo I).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Certificaci\u00f3n expedida por el funcionario de administraci\u00f3n local con habilitaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter nacional<\/strong>, o funcionario o persona con capacitaci\u00f3n suficiente en quien delegue, seg\u00fan lo previsto en el art\u00edculo 26 de la Ley de Cantabria 3\/2022, de 14 de junio, de Entidades Locales Menores, de lo siguiente:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Acuerdo o Resoluci\u00f3n, adoptado por el \u00f3rgano local competente, por la que se dispone solicitar la subvenci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Conocer, aceptar y comprometerse al cumplimiento de las bases reguladoras y de la convocatoria de la ayuda.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Haber aprobado definitivamente y publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial de Cantabria el presupuesto del a\u00f1o 2026 o la pr\u00f3rroga del anterior, en su caso.<\/li>\n<li>No incurrir en ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad o prohibici\u00f3n para obtener subvenciones establecidas en el art\u00edculo 12 de la Ley de Cantabria 10\/2006 de 17 de julio, de Subvenciones de Cantabria.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ser ciertos los datos bancarios de la cuenta corriente a nombre de la Entidad Local Menor en la que habr\u00e1 de ingresarse la subvenci\u00f3n que, en su caso, se conceda.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>No ser\u00e1 necesario aportar la documentaci\u00f3n exigida que ya obrase en poder de cualquier \u00f3rgano o unidad de la Administraci\u00f3n de la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Cantabria, siempre que se cumplan los siguientes requisitos:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Que se identifique el documento o documentos afectados<\/li>\n<li>Que se haga constar la fecha y el \u00f3rgano o dependencia y procedimiento en que fueron entregados.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Que no hayan transcurrido m\u00e1s de cinco a\u00f1os desde la finalizaci\u00f3n del procedimiento al que correspondan.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Que conste expresamente que no existe oposici\u00f3n a la consulta y comprobaci\u00f3n de dicha documentaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>De conformidad con el art. 28 de la Ley 39\/2015, se informa de que la Direcci\u00f3n General de Administraci\u00f3n Local, Acci\u00f3n Exterior y Casas de Cantabria<strong> podr\u00e1 consultar o recabar<\/strong>,<strong> en ausencia de oposici\u00f3n expresa <\/strong>de la persona interesada, la documentaci\u00f3n que se indica a continuaci\u00f3n (<strong>en caso de oponerse<\/strong>, <strong>deber\u00e1 <\/strong>marcar la casilla correspondiente y <strong>presentar la documentaci\u00f3n <\/strong>que proceda):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El <strong>cumplimiento de sus obligaciones <\/strong>y situaci\u00f3n con la Agencia Estatal de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria <strong>(AEAT)<\/strong>, con la Tesorer\u00eda General de la Seguridad Social <strong>(TGSS)<\/strong> y con la <strong>Administraci\u00f3n de la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Cantabria<\/strong>, que resulten necesarias para la tramitaci\u00f3n de la solicitud, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 22 del Real Decreto 887\/2006, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38\/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y en el art\u00edculo 23.3 de la Ley de Cantabria 10\/2006, de 17 de julio de Subvenciones.<br
