42\/2026, de 12 de junio, por el que se regula el procedimiento de concesi\u00f3n directa de las subvenciones que favorezcan el mantenimiento del empleo aut\u00f3nomo en caso de situaci\u00f3n de BOC<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<h3>Plazo presentaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Las solicitudes de subvenci\u00f3n deber\u00e1n presentarse en el plazo m\u00e1ximo de <strong>dos meses<\/strong> conforme a lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si el periodo en situaci\u00f3n de <strong>incapacidad temporal es <em>inferior a sesenta d\u00edas<\/em>, desde el d\u00eda siguiente al que finaliza dicha situaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Si el periodo en situaci\u00f3n de <strong>incapacidad temporal es <em>superior a sesenta d\u00edas<\/em>, desde el d\u00eda 61 al del inicio de la contingencia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Fecha inicio plazo presentaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p><span>17\/06\/2026<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Beneficiarios:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Podr\u00e1n ser beneficiarias de la subvenci\u00f3n las <strong>personas trabajadoras<\/strong> por cuenta propia o aut\u00f3nomas <strong>dadas de alta en el R\u00e9gimen Especial de Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia o Aut\u00f3nomo<\/strong>s o en el <strong>grupo primero de cotizaci\u00f3n del R\u00e9gimen Especial de la Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores del Mar<\/strong> en <strong>situaci\u00f3n de incapacidad temporal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Documentaci\u00f3n a adjuntar:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>La solicitud deber\u00e1 acompa\u00f1arse de la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Declaraci\u00f3n responsable sobre concurrencia con otras ayudas<\/strong> solicitadas y\/o percibidas para igual finalidad y declaraci\u00f3n responsable sobre ayudas solicitadas y\/o percibidas durante los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os acogidas a las condiciones de minimis.<\/li>\n<li>En el <strong>caso de oposici\u00f3n al acceso<\/strong> por parte del Servicio C\u00e1ntabro de Empleo <strong>a la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a que hace referencia el apartado 4 del art\u00edculo 8, o en el caso de no autorizaci\u00f3n a la informaci\u00f3n a que hace referencia el apartado 5 del art\u00edculo 8, as\u00ed como en el supuesto de imposibilidad de obtenci\u00f3n de dicha informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma de intermediaci\u00f3n de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas, deber\u00e1n presentarse los documentos correspondientes, seg\u00fan sea necesario:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Documento Nacional de Identidad o documento acreditativo de la identidad o tarjeta equivalente de los extranjeros residentes en territorio espa\u00f1ol.<\/li>\n<li>Informe de vida laboral actualizado a fecha de presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud.<\/li>\n<li>Certificado actualizado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones con la Agencia Estatal de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria.<\/li>\n<li>Certificado actualizado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social.<\/li>\n<li>Certificado actualizado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones con la Administraci\u00f3n de la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Cantabria.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Alta en el Censo de Empresarios, Profesionales y Retenedores<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parte de alta m\u00e9dica<\/strong> en el que se indique el periodo de incapacidad temporal en el que ha estado el solicitante, o en su caso, parte de confirmaci\u00f3n de baja m\u00e9dica cuando la situaci\u00f3n de incapacidad temporal por la que se solicita la subvenci\u00f3n supere los 60 d\u00edas.
