Descubre qu\u00e9 perfiles pueden beneficiarse.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La Tesorer\u00eda General de la Seguridad Social (TGSS) ha publicado el Bolet\u00edn RED 07\/2026, de 21 de mayo, que introduce nuevas aclaraciones operativas sobre las bonificaciones a la Seguridad Social por personal investigador.<\/p>\n<p>Entre otros aspectos, el bolet\u00edn concreta c\u00f3mo deben identificarse estas contrataciones ante la TGSS y c\u00f3mo gestionar aquellas situaciones en las que el derecho a la bonificaci\u00f3n comienza o deja de aplicarse durante la relaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Estas novedades ofrecen mayor seguridad a las empresas, pero tambi\u00e9n hacen necesario revisar una cuesti\u00f3n fundamental: <strong>qu\u00e9 profesionales pueden considerarse personal investigador a efectos de la bonificaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste las bonificaciones a la seguridad social por personal investigador?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las empresas que desarrollan <strong>actividades de investigaci\u00f3n, desarrollo o innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica pueden aplicar una bonificaci\u00f3n del 40<em class=\"bue14\">\u00a0<\/em>%<\/strong> en la cuota empresarial por contingencias comunes correspondiente al personal investigador contratado con car\u00e1cter indefinido, durante un m\u00e1ximo de tres a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La bonificaci\u00f3n por personal investigador puede incrementarse en un 5<em class=\"bue14\">\u00a0<\/em>% cuando se contrate a una persona menor de 30 a\u00f1os y en otro 5<em class=\"bue14\">\u00a0<\/em>% cuando se trate de una mujer investigadora.<\/p>\n<p>Para acceder al incentivo, el trabajador debe dedicarse de manera exclusiva a actividades de I+D o innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica. No obstante, se permite destinar hasta un 15<em class=\"bue14\">\u00a0<\/em>% de la jornada a formaci\u00f3n, docencia, divulgaci\u00f3n o tareas similares.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 perfiles pueden considerarse personal investigador?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La normativa no establece una lista cerrada de titulaciones o categor\u00edas profesionales. De esta forma, lo determinante son las funciones efectivamente realizadas, su vinculaci\u00f3n directa con actividades de I+D+i y la dedicaci\u00f3n del profesional a estas tareas.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los perfiles que podr\u00edan beneficiarse se encuentran:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigadores cient\u00edficos y personal de laboratorio.<\/li>\n<li>Ingenieros de producto, procesos, materiales, electr\u00f3nica o telecomunicaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrolladores de software, cient\u00edficos de datos y especialistas en inteligencia artificial.<\/li>\n<li>Profesionales de ciberseguridad, automatizaci\u00f3n o visi\u00f3n artificial.<\/li>\n<li>Dise\u00f1adores industriales y especialistas en prototipado.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e9cnicos encargados de pruebas, ensayos y validaciones experimentales.<\/li>\n<li>Responsables t\u00e9cnicos de proyectos de I+D+i que participen directamente en el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Su inclusi\u00f3n depender\u00e1 siempre de que trabajen en la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos conocimientos, productos, procesos o soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, o en mejoras sustanciales de los ya existentes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 aclara el Bolet\u00edn RED 07\/2026?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El Bolet\u00edn RED 07\/2026 concreta los c\u00f3digos y valores que deben utilizarse para identificar al personal investigador ante la TGSS y establece su correspondencia con los contratos comunicados al SEPE.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n aclara c\u00f3mo actuar cuando el derecho a la bonificaci\u00f3n comienza o finaliza durante la relaci\u00f3n laboral. Esto resulta especialmente relevante en los casos en los que una persona ya estaba contratada, pero empieza a cumplir posteriormente las condiciones necesarias para acceder al incentivo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta posibilidad no supone, sin embargo, una aplicaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica o retroactiva de la bonificaci\u00f3n. Cada situaci\u00f3n debe analizarse individualmente, comprobando desde qu\u00e9 momento se cumplen los requisitos y si existe documentaci\u00f3n suficiente para acreditarlo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La importancia de revisar las funciones y la documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La denominaci\u00f3n del puesto no garantiza el acceso a la bonificaci\u00f3n por personal investigador. Un profesional con la categor\u00eda de ingeniero de I+D podr\u00eda quedar fuera si realiza principalmente tareas productivas, mientras que un desarrollador de software podr\u00eda ser elegible si participa en la creaci\u00f3n de una soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gicamente novedosa.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, las empresas deben poder acreditar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las funciones concretas desarrolladas por cada profesional.<\/li>\n<li>Su participaci\u00f3n en proyectos de I+D+i.<\/li>\n<li>La dedicaci\u00f3n exclusiva a actividades elegibles.<\/li>\n<li>La novedad o el avance tecnol\u00f3gico del proyecto.<\/li>\n<li>La correcta comunicaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n ante la TGSS.<\/li>\n<li>La compatibilidad con otras ayudas o incentivos p\u00fablicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ante las
