Impacto en la salud y el bienestar de las personas\u00bb<\/a> dentro de la programaci\u00f3n de los cursos de verano de la Universidad de Alicante Rafael Altamira.<\/p>\n<p>El curso pretende ofrecer una visi\u00f3n sobre el turismo y termalismo social como herramientas para mejorar el bienestar emocional y la cohesi\u00f3n social. Analizar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo los programas de turismo social favorecen la reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s, la mejora del estado de \u00e1nimo y la percepci\u00f3n de bienestar, desempe\u00f1ando un papel destacado en la creaci\u00f3n de v\u00ednculos sociales, el fomento de la participaci\u00f3n y la reducci\u00f3n de la soledad, especialmente en personas mayores y colectivos con barreras de acceso al ocio.<\/p>\n<p>El curso abordar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo estos programas contribuyen al envejecimiento activo mediante actividades que fortalecen la autonom\u00eda, la autoestima y la conexi\u00f3n comunitaria.
