El texto diferencia entre el proceso extracelular, relacionado con la acumulaci\u00f3n de placas de beta-amiloide fuera de las neuronas, y el proceso intracelular, vinculado a la alteraci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna tau y la formaci\u00f3n de ovillos dentro de las propias neuronas.
