La jornada reuni\u00f3 a profesionales de diferentes disciplinas para abordar la atenci\u00f3n a las personas desde una perspectiva interdisciplinar.\nLa directora gerente del <abbr title=\"Centro de Referencia Estatal del Alzheimer\">CREA<\/abbr>, Isabel Campo Blanco, particip\u00f3 en la inauguraci\u00f3n de la jornada y moder\u00f3 la mesa redonda \u00abUna mirada compartida: Logopedia, Enfermer\u00eda, Fisioterapia y Nutrici\u00f3n en la atenci\u00f3n interdisciplinar a la persona con demencia\u00bb.
