Los servicios que se contratan corresponden a las labores del Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud de las obras, para el cumplimiento de sus funciones durante la duraci\u00f3n de las obras hasta su recepci\u00f3n por parte del \u00f3rgano competente, incluso realizaci\u00f3n de trabajos pendientes recogidos en el acta de recepci\u00f3n.
