DE FUTBOL PROVISIONAL EN EL \u00c1REA DENOMINADA PARKING NORTE en los terrenos<br \/>\ndel aparcamiento norte de la Expo y zonas de influencia, como sede provisional del Real Zaragoza<br \/>\nmientras se ejecutan las obras del nuevo estado de La Romareda.<br \/>\nLos servicios que se contratan suponen la realizaci\u00f3n de un estudio en las que se definan todas las<br \/>\nacciones de movilidad necesarias para la correcta implantaci\u00f3n de un nuevo campo de deportes<br \/>\ntemporal para el Real Zaragoza con una capacidad de aproximadamente 20.000 espectadores.<br \/>\nDe acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, esto es el art\u00edculo 118 de la LCSP y 77 de la<br \/>\nLey 11\/2023, de 30 de marzo, de uso estrat\u00e9gico de la contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la Comunidad<br \/>\nAut\u00f3noma de Arag\u00f3n, a tenor del valor estimado el presente contrato tiene naturaleza de contrato<br \/>\nmenor.<br \/>\nSe adjudicar\u00e1 de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en este documento al licitador que presente la mejor<br \/>\noferta, previa publicidad en el perfil de contratante de la Nueva Romareda alojado en la Plataforma<br \/>\nde Contrataci\u00f3n del sector
