{"id":49843,"date":"2025-02-13T09:29:45","date_gmt":"2025-02-13T08:29:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helloproject.es\/vigilancia\/decreto-4-2025-crece-3\/"},"modified":"2025-02-13T09:29:45","modified_gmt":"2025-02-13T08:29:45","slug":"decreto-4-2025-crece-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helloproject.es\/vigilancia\/decreto-4-2025-crece-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Decreto 4\/2025 &#8211; CRECE 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ayuda_subvencion plantillas\">\n<div class=\"portlet-topper\">\n\t\t\t    <strong class=\"sr-only\">Subvencion:<\/strong>\n<h2 class=\"portlet-title\">Decreto 4\/2025 &#8211; CRECE 3<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"iconosTramitacion\">\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/rec.cantabria.es\/rec\/auth\/prepare-cert-login.htm?forward=DEC-3I-004-2025\" title=\"Con certificado\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cantabria.es\/documents\/26427\/21881598\/DNIe.jpg\/01f4c245-cfe3-9563-9845-0e0f97e7f720?t=1648806919369\" alt=\"\" aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><span class=\"sr-only\">Con certificado<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sede.cantabria.es\/sede\/ayuda\/012-telefono-de-atencion-administrativa\" title=\"Servicio telef\u00f3nico 012 de atenci\u00f3n al ciudadano de Cantabria\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cantabria.es\/documents\/26427\/21881598\/012.jpg\/d4445702-c7cf-c44a-3ce9-b0288c1d9b9a?t=1648806893827\" alt=\"\" aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><span class=\"sr-only\">Servicio telef\u00f3nico 012 de atenci\u00f3n al ciudadano de Cantabria<\/span><\/a>\n\t\t<\/p><\/div>\n<h3>Descripci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p><span>Decreto 4\/2025, de 6 de febrero, por el que se regula la concesi\u00f3n directa de subvenciones destinadas a fomentar la inversi\u00f3n industrial en Cantabria (ayudas \u00abCRECE 3\u00bb).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Bolet\u00edn Oficial de Cantabria<\/h3>\n<p><span>N\u00famero BOC: 30<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Fecha BOC: 13\/02\/2025<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<span><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/boc.cantabria.es\/boces\/verAnuncioAction.do?idAnuBlob=415945\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Enlace BOC<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<h3>Plazo presentaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Las solicitudes podr\u00e1n presentarse <strong>durante toda la vigencia de este decreto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Fecha inicio plazo presentaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p><span>14\/02\/2025<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Beneficiarios:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Podr\u00e1 tener la condici\u00f3n de beneficiaria la <strong>gran empresa<\/strong> que est\u00e9 v\u00e1lidamente constituida en el momento de presentar la solicitud, sea titular de un establecimiento en Cantabria que desarrolle alguna de las actividades econ\u00f3micas relacionadas en el art\u00edculo anterior, est\u00e9 dada de alta en el ep\u00edgrafe correspondiente del impuesto sobre actividades econ\u00f3micas y en la Seguridad Social y disponga de las autorizaciones que la normativa nacional y comunitaria le exija para su actividad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Documentaci\u00f3n a adjuntar:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Las solicitudes se acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n de la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Declaraci\u00f3n responsable<\/strong> seg\u00fan modelo disponible en los lugares a que se refiere el apartado anterior.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Declaraci\u00f3n de clasificaci\u00f3n del proyecto <\/strong>de inversi\u00f3n como subvencionable, seg\u00fan modelo disponible en los lugares a que se refiere el apartado anterior.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Memoria descriptiva<\/strong> de la actividad de la empresa que contenga como m\u00ednimo los siguientes apartados:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3n de la empresa y actividades que realiza.<\/li>\n<li>Justificaci\u00f3n de la necesidad del proyecto de inversi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Descripci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mica de las actuaciones e inversiones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Facturas<\/strong> ordinarias, en caso de disponerse ya de ellas o, en otro caso, facturas proforma o <strong>presupuestos, contratos, proyectos<\/strong>, etc., emitidos por las empresas proveedoras, debiendo ser claros, espec\u00edficos y actualizados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cuando el importe de los mismos supere los 40.000 euros en el caso de obra civil, o los 15.000 euros en cualquier otro caso, se aportar\u00e1n al menos 3 <strong>ofertas de proveedores<\/strong> diferentes, indicando en la Memoria cu\u00e1l es la oferta elegida y justificando la elecci\u00f3n cuando no recaiga en la propuesta econ\u00f3mica m\u00e1s ventajosa. En el caso de que se presenten menos de 3 presupuestos se justificar\u00e1 documentalmente el motivo. No se considerar\u00e1 justificaci\u00f3n suficiente la mera declaraci\u00f3n de la persona solicitante sin ning\u00fan documento probatorio ajeno al mismo.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Cuadro resumen<\/strong> de las inversiones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Certificado electr\u00f3nico bancario<\/strong> firmado electr\u00f3nicamente por la <strong>entidad bancaria<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud para la obtenci\u00f3n de subvenci\u00f3n conllevar\u00e1 la <strong>autorizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la empresa solicitante para que la Direcci\u00f3n General competente en materia de industria obtenga de forma directa la acreditaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento por la empresa solicitante de sus obligaciones tributarias, con la Agencia Estatal de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria, la Agencia C\u00e1ntabra de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria, as\u00ed como con la Seguridad Social, a trav\u00e9s de certificados telem\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>En el supuesto de que la empresa solicitante manifestara expresamente que <strong>no otorga dicha autorizaci\u00f3n <\/strong>para recabar los certificados acreditativos de estar al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, <strong>deber\u00e1 presentar dichos certificados <\/strong>junto con su solicitud de subvenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud, asimismo, conllevar\u00e1 la <strong>autorizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para que la Direcci\u00f3n General competente en materia de industria realice la consulta sobre la identidad de la persona firmante al sistema de verificaci\u00f3n de datos, de conformidad con la Orden PRE\/3949\/2006, de 26 de diciembre, y a la consulta sobre vida laboral de la empresa en la Tesorer\u00eda General de la Seguridad Social, en el caso de que el \u00f3rgano instructor lo considerara necesario para la tramitaci\u00f3n de la solicitud.<\/p>\n<p>En el supuesto de que la empresa solicitante manifestara expresamente que <strong>no otorga dicha autorizaci\u00f3n <\/strong>a la citada Direcci\u00f3n General para recabar los datos relativos a la identidad de los solicitantes o sus representantes, <strong>deber\u00e1 presentar dichos datos<\/strong> sobre la identidad de la persona firmante junto con la solicitud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los ficheros electr\u00f3nicos <\/strong>que se adjunten a la solicitud deber\u00e1n estar en formato Portable Document Format<strong> (PDF)<\/strong> y el tama\u00f1o m\u00e1ximo admitido para cada uno de ellos ser\u00e1 de <strong>3 megabytes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Anexos:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"fa fa-file-word-o fa-lg\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cantabria.es\/documents\/16401\/66349332\/01+Solicitud++CRECE+3.docx\/0262b7e9-217b-aeeb-2735-d5cc161847cc?t=1739361250708\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Modelo de Solicitud<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"fa fa-file-word-o fa-lg\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cantabria.es\/documents\/16401\/66349332\/02+Declaracion+Responsable+CRECE+3.docx\/bd88b653-df50-a410-643f-d2eda8cee500?t=1739361251696\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anexo 2 Declaraci\u00f3n Responsable<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Lugar presentaci\u00f3n :<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Las <strong>personas jur\u00eddicas<\/strong> y dem\u00e1s sujetos recogidos en el art\u00edculo 14.2 de la ley 39\/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo com\u00fan de las administraciones p\u00fablicas, <strong>est\u00e1n obligados<\/strong> a presentar sus solicitudes a trav\u00e9s del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rec.cantabria.es\/rec\/bienvenida.htm\">Registro Electr\u00f3nico General<\/a><\/strong> de la Administraci\u00f3n de la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Cantabria en la direcci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica \u00absede.cantabria.es\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El certificado electr\u00f3nico con el que se firma<\/strong> la documentaci\u00f3n presentada deber\u00e1 corresponder a la <strong>persona que ostente la representaci\u00f3n legal de la empresa solicitante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>\u00d3rgano tramitador:<\/h3>\n<div>\n\t\t\t\tDirecci\u00f3n: \n<p><strong>DIRECCI\u00d3N GENERAL DE INDUSTRIA, ENERG\u00cdA Y MINAS (C\u00d3DIGO DIR 3 O00006459 &#8211; A06027837)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avda.
