{"id":5493,"date":"2025-01-07T07:17:53","date_gmt":"2025-01-07T06:17:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helloproject.es\/vigilancia\/refuerzo-de-la-ciberseguridad-en-entidades-locales\/"},"modified":"2025-01-07T07:17:53","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T06:17:53","slug":"refuerzo-de-la-ciberseguridad-en-entidades-locales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helloproject.es\/vigilancia\/refuerzo-de-la-ciberseguridad-en-entidades-locales\/","title":{"rendered":"REFUERZO DE LA CIBERSEGURIDAD EN ENTIDADES LOCALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado un acuerdo por el que se autoriza una transferencia de cr\u00e9dito por importe de 5.500.000 euros del Ministerio para la Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica al Ministerio de Pol\u00edtica Territorial y Memoria Democr\u00e1tica, para dar cumplimiento al acuerdo interdepartamental para reforzar la ciberseguridad en el marco de la transformaci\u00f3n digital y modernizaci\u00f3n de las Entidades Locales del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia (PRTR).<\/p>\n<p>Con fecha 23 de mayo de 2023 se firm\u00f3 el referido Acuerdo, que establece la realizaci\u00f3n de una transferencia de cr\u00e9dito por importe de 70 millones desde el Ministerio de Pol\u00edtica Territorial al entonces Ministerio de Asuntos Econ\u00f3micos y Transformaci\u00f3n Digital (actual Ministerio para la Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica) para financiar, entre otras, la siguiente actuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Servicio de apoyo a las Entidades Locales prestada mediante convenio entre la Secretar\u00eda General de Administraci\u00f3n Digital y el Centro Criptol\u00f3gico Nacional (CNI-CCN), por un importe de 7 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente a la realizaci\u00f3n de la citada transferencia, el CNI-CCN ha manifestado que, en las circunstancias actuales, la manera m\u00e1s eficiente y posibilista de prestar el servicio de apoyo a las Entidades Locales previsto, es mediante el desarrollo de un subconjunto de proyectos tecnol\u00f3gicos cuyo presupuesto estimado no supera los 1.500.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anteriormente expuesto, con fecha 15 de octubre de 2024 se ha suscrito una Adenda al Acuerdo Interdepartamental, que dispone transferir un importe de 5.500.000 euros desde la aplicaci\u00f3n presupuestaria \u2018Gastos de inversiones de car\u00e1cter inmaterial. Mecanismo de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia\u2019 del Ministerio para la Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, a la partida \u2018Para modernizaci\u00f3n de EE.LL.
