FECYT comenz\u00f3 esta andadura con el Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas, CSIC, con el objetivo de impulsar la comunicaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y teniendo muy presente que aproximarse a las ciencias desde las humanidades y, m\u00e1s concretamente, desde el arte constituye un campo de conocimiento y de acci\u00f3n imprescindible para explicar y comprender la complejidad del mundo y de los retos del siglo XXI. En estos a\u00f1os la iniciativa ha contado adem\u00e1s con nuevas entidades colaboradoras, como la Fundaci\u00f3n Occident y este a\u00f1o, por primera vez, la empresa especializada Leica Camera.<br \/>\nEl corte transversal de una c\u00e1scara de huevo, el pelo del estambre de una flor (Erodium moschatum), la eclosi\u00f3n de un gecko terrestre malgache (Paroedura picta) fotografiada con un smartphone, la simetr\u00eda del br\u00f3coli, un ovillo de gusanos par\u00e1sitos anisakis o tres muestras de epidermis de flor de cal\u00e9ndula captadas por estudiantes de secundaria son algunas de las im\u00e1genes seleccionadas por un comit\u00e9 multidisciplinar formado por 13 profesionales de la ciencia, la microscop\u00eda, las artes visuales o la divulgaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, entre otras especialidades.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este a\u00f1o FOTCIENCIA cumple veinte a\u00f1os.
