{"id":59265,"date":"2025-02-21T11:29:54","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T10:29:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helloproject.es\/vigilancia\/que-regiones-reciben-mayor-cantidad-de-los-fondos-de-la-ue-evalue-asesores\/"},"modified":"2025-02-21T11:29:54","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T10:29:54","slug":"que-regiones-reciben-mayor-cantidad-de-los-fondos-de-la-ue-evalue-asesores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helloproject.es\/vigilancia\/que-regiones-reciben-mayor-cantidad-de-los-fondos-de-la-ue-evalue-asesores\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 regiones reciben mayor cantidad de los fondos de la UE ? evalue asesores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span>Fondos de la UE<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Las subvenciones que proceden de la Uni\u00f3n Europea son producto de la intervenci\u00f3n de cada uno de los estados que pertenecen a la misma, aunque el reparto no es igualitario para todos los pa\u00edses. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el criterio que emplea la Uni\u00f3n Europea para repartir fondos?<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e9todo: El indicar del PIB per c\u00e1pita<\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Grupo Banco Mundial, el PIB de la Uni\u00f3n Europea se sit\u00faa en 41.422 \u20ac en el 2023.<\/p>\n<p>En base a este valor se crean 3 categor\u00edas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primera categor\u00eda: cuentan con un c\u00e1pita superior al 90% de la media de UE.<\/li>\n<li>Segunda categor\u00eda: cuenta con un c\u00e1pita entre 75% y el 90% de la media de UE.<\/li>\n<li>Tercera categor\u00eda: cuenta con un c\u00e1pita inferior al 75%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Espa\u00f1a, por ejemplo, se encuentra en el segundo grupo, ya que, en el 2023, nuestro PIB estaba en 33.509 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Los fondos de cohesi\u00f3n europeos suman un total de\u00a0 392.000M \u20ac de presupuesto para el ciclo 2021-2027, aunque m\u00e1s del 75% de ese dinero se destina a las regiones menos desarrolladas. Los territorios que reciben m\u00e1s fondos hist\u00f3ricamente son Andaluc\u00eda, Portugal norte y la regi\u00f3n polaca de Silesia.<\/p>\n<p>Tal y como apreciamos en el mapa, las regiones que m\u00e1s ayudas reciben son el Este y el Oeste de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-45910 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/evalueconsultores.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Regiones-que-reciben-los-fondos-europeos.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e1fico 1: Mapa de la Uni\u00f3n Europea indicando el reparto regional de los Fondos Cohesi\u00f3n, fuente CE (2024)<\/p>\n<p>La mayor parte de la financiaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica regional proviene del <strong>FEDER y el FSE+<\/strong>, fondos europeos accesibles para todas las regiones, pero con cofinanciaci\u00f3n variable: la <strong>UE cubre entre el 50 y el 85%<\/strong> y, en lo restante, act\u00faa el Fondo de Cohesi\u00f3n con 36.000 M\u20ac.<\/p>\n<h3>Funcionamiento de la Financiaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Europea<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Marco Financiero Plurianual<\/strong>: Presupuesto a largo plazo de la UE que establece la financiaci\u00f3n de programas y acciones con las propiedades a largo plazo de la UE.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Next Generation EU<\/strong>: Es un instrumento temporal de recuperaci\u00f3n tras la COVID-19 que incluye el Mecanismo de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fondos estructurales y de Inversi\u00f3n Europeo<\/strong>: Son los principales instrumentos financieros para la cohesi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, social y territorial de la UE. Incluyen el Fondo de Desarrollo Regional, el Fondo de Cohesi\u00f3n, el Fondo Social Europeo, el Fondo Europeo Agr\u00edcola de Desarrollo Rural y el Fondo Europeo Mar\u00edtimo y de la Pesca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n de la Financiaci\u00f3n que se divide en 3<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n directa: La Comisi\u00f3n Europea gestiona directamente la financiaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n compartida: La Comisi\u00f3n Europea y las autoridades nacionales gestionan conjuntamente la financiaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n indirecta: Mayor Financiaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de sectores se ven beneficiados con los presupuestos estatales, pero los sectores que m\u00e1s se subvenciones reciben son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Innovaci\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>: Programas como Horizonte Europa apoyan la investigaci\u00f3n y la innovaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas como la inteligencia artificial, los semiconductores, las tecnolog\u00edas cu\u00e1nticas, la biotecnolog\u00eda y las tecnolog\u00edas energ\u00e9ticas limpias.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ps-2\"><strong>Descarbonizaci\u00f3n y Energ\u00eda<\/strong>: La UE financia proyectos que promueven la descarbonizaci\u00f3n y la transici\u00f3n hacia una econom\u00eda m\u00e1s verde y sostenible.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ps-2\"><strong>Infraestructuras<\/strong>: El Mecanismo \u00abConectar Europa\u00bb apoya el suministro de infraestructuras clave, energ\u00e9tica, de transporte y digitales en toda Europa.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ps-2\"><strong>Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural<\/strong>: El Fondo Europeo Agr\u00edcola de Desarrollo Rural y otros fondos estructurales apoyan el desarrollo sostenible de
