En su 19.\u00aa edici\u00f3n,\u00a0el Mobile World Congress (MWC),\u00a0que se celebra del 3 al 6 de marzo en la Fira de Barcelona, espera superar los 100000 asistentes y cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n de 2.700 empresas del sector. La inteligencia artificial y la conectividad 5G son algunos de los ejes principales que est\u00e1n protagonizando el evento.<\/p>\n

Entre las demostraciones m\u00e1s destacadas figura la conducci\u00f3n remota de veh\u00edculos, un proyecto desarrollado por la empresa estonia Elmo Remote junto con la finlandesa Nokia y en colaboraci\u00f3n con la GSMA, organizadora del congreso. La iniciativa permite a los asistentes conducir un coche situado en Finlandia, a 3400 kil\u00f3metros de distancia, gracias a una infraestructura de conectividad avanzada y al uso de APIs de red.<\/p>\n

La tecnolog\u00eda, ya aprobada en varios pa\u00edses europeos y americanos, podr\u00eda aplicarse en el futuro a servicios de alquiler de veh\u00edculos o a mejorar la seguridad vial.<\/p>\n

Un robot con diversas aplicaciones<\/h2>\n

Otro de los atractivos del evento es el Unitree G1, un robot humanoide desarrollado por la empresa china Unitree Robotics. Con 1,27 metros de altura y un peso de 40 kilos, este dispositivo est\u00e1 disponible en Espa\u00f1a por unos 25000 euros desde su lanzamiento en noviembre de 2024.<\/p>\n

El Unitree G1 se puede usar para la seguridad privada, con fines m\u00e9dicos o en entornos peligrosos, como en rescates<\/p>\n

El robot, que ha captado gran inter\u00e9s entre los asistentes, cuenta con 23 motores distribuidos por sus extremidades, un sensor LiDAR 3D y una c\u00e1mara de profundidad para interpretar su entorno y desplazarse de forma aut\u00f3noma.<\/p>\n

Inversi\u00f3n en inteligencia artificial<\/h2>\n

En el marco del MWC, el Gobierno espa\u00f1ol ha anunciado una nueva convocatoria de ayudas por valor de 130 millones de euros para impulsar la integraci\u00f3n de la inteligencia artificial en la cadena de valor de las empresas.<\/p>\n
