Y en 2023, otro de sus pacientes volvi\u00f3 a caminar gracias a una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agenciasinc.es\/Noticias\/Un-hombre-con-paralisis-vuelve-a-caminar-gracias-a-una-interfaz-activada-por-sus-pensamientos\" target=\"_blank\">interfaz activada por sus pensamientos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Impulsos el\u00e9ctricos sincronizados<\/h2>\n<p>El nuevo dispositivo implantado en la m\u00e9dula emite impulsos el\u00e9ctricos para estimular los m\u00fasculos de forma sincronizada con el dispositivo rob\u00f3tico de rehabilitaci\u00f3n que se est\u00e9 usando, como cintas de correr o bicicletas est\u00e1ticas, lo que da lugar a una actividad muscular coordinada durante la terapia de rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda sincroniza los impulsos el\u00e9ctricos con el dispositivo rob\u00f3tico de rehabilitaci\u00f3n para dar una actividad muscular coordinada<\/p>\n<p>Este sistema puede interconectarse con cualquier dispositivo rob\u00f3tico e incluye\u00a0sensores de movimiento\u00a0y fuerza y aplicaciones de software para controlar la estimulaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica. As\u00ed, los participantes emparejaron un pulsador manual con exoesqueletos de asistencia, andadores y muletas para subir escaleras y caminar al aire libre sobre grava o nieve.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa perfecta integraci\u00f3n de la estimulaci\u00f3n medular con la rehabilitaci\u00f3n o la rob\u00f3tica acelerar\u00e1 el despliegue de esta terapia en la comunidad de personas con lesi\u00f3n medular\u201d, afirma Gr\u00e9goire Courtine, uno de los l\u00edderes del estudio.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los investigadores, se necesitar\u00e1n futuros estudios cl\u00ednicos para determinar los mecanismos biol\u00f3gicos detr\u00e1s de estos hallazgos y sus beneficios a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Referencia:<\/p>\n<p>G.
