La medida se incluye en un real decreto-ley que prev\u00e9 una dotaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de 400 millones de euros para mantener el apoyo a la compra de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y la infraestructura de recarga, as\u00ed como el restablecimiento de la deducci\u00f3n del 15% en el IRPF. De igual modo, el real decreto-ley prev\u00e9 la posibilidad de que las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas incorporen nuevas simplificaciones administrativas en la tramitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El MOVES III se aprob\u00f3 en 2021 con una dotaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de 400 millones con cargo al Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia (PRTR) para fomentar la adquisici\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos con ayudas que, por ejemplo, alcanzan hasta los 7.000 euros para los turismos, si la compra va acompa\u00f1ada del achatarramiento de otro autom\u00f3vil o hasta un 70% del coste de implementaci\u00f3n de punto de recarga por particulares.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1s de 250.000 veh\u00edculos y puntos de recarga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gestionado por las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, que distribuyen los fondos europeos canalizados por el Instituto para la Diversificaci\u00f3n y el Ahorro de la Energ\u00eda (IDAE) seg\u00fan reciben las solicitudes de ayuda, el MOVES III ha sido un \u00e9xito, y su dotaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica original se ha incrementado progresivamente; ya se han transferido a las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas 1.335 millones, con los que se ha contribuido a la compra de m\u00e1s de 142.000 veh\u00edculos y a la instalaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 113.000 puntos de recarga.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora el Gobierno ha decidido mantener el programa hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 31 de diciembre, con car\u00e1cter retroactivo desde el 1 de enero, y aportar otros 400 millones, al objeto de que ninguna compra de veh\u00edculo o instalaci\u00f3n de punto de recarga se quede sin apoyo tras la anulaci\u00f3n del Real Decreto-ley 9\/24.
